Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Compare Phone Systems (the "Service") is operated by Armour Labs AB, a company registered in Sweden with registration number 559580-5135 ("Armour Labs AB", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of compare-phone-systems.net and any related tools, including the Advisor questionnaire and provider matching features.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What the Service does

We help businesses compare phone systems, VoIP, UCaaS platforms, and AI receptionist solutions. You answer questions about your business needs through our Advisor tool, and we match you with providers that may be a good fit. Recommendations are generated using the information you provide and publicly available or provider-supplied data — they are informational only and do not constitute professional, legal, or business advice.

We are not a phone system or telecoms provider ourselves. Any contract for services you enter into is directly between you and the provider you choose — we are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the performance, pricing, or conduct of any provider.

3. Your information and provider contact

When you submit a request through the Advisor, we only share your details with providers you have actively selected or consented to be contacted by. We do not sell your information to third parties, and providers you have not chosen will not receive your details or contact you through the Service.

4. Accounts

Some features (such as saving results or managing supplier listings) require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5. Supplier and provider accounts

Providers who register as suppliers on the Service agree to provide accurate company and service information, respond to leads in good faith, and comply with applicable telecoms, marketing, and data protection law when contacting businesses matched through the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or remove supplier accounts that misuse leads, misrepresent their services, or breach these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Advisor or supplier onboarding;
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's operation or security;
• Use the Service to send unsolicited marketing to businesses that have not consented to contact.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any recommended provider will meet your requirements, that pricing information is current or complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Armour Labs AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with any provider introduced through it.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
