1. Data controller

Compare Phone Systems is operated by Armour Labs AB, a company registered in Sweden with registration number 559580-5135 ("Armour Labs AB", "we", "us", or "our"). Armour Labs AB is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Advisor and contact information: details you provide when using the Advisor questionnaire or requesting to be contacted by a provider, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and business requirements.
• Account information: email address and authentication data if you create an account or register as a supplier.
• Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, collected only if you consent to analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we process your data

• To operate the Advisor and match you with providers you choose to be contacted by (performance of a contract / at your request);
• To operate and secure your account (performance of a contract);
• To improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns (legitimate interest, where analytics cookies are enabled);
• To comply with legal obligations we are subject to.

4. Who we share data with

We only share your Advisor submission with the specific providers you have selected or explicitly consented to be contacted by. We also use trusted service providers to operate the Service — for example, our database and authentication infrastructure is hosted with Neon. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. International data transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside of Sweden or the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure your data remains protected.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law. Advisor submissions and account data are retained for the duration of your relationship with the Service and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after it ends, unless a longer retention period is required for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

If you are located in the EEA or UK, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Restrict or object to certain processing;
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format;
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (e.g. analytics/marketing cookies);
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access-controlled infrastructure — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

9. Children's privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
